"Falling Standards"

We have regularly used Caffechino and previously BJ,s

before changing to Caffechino and been fully satisfied with the service provided. Recently we have thought there has been a reduction in staff and as a consequence the standards have fallen to an unacceptable level, and the prices have gone up.

The staff are working as fast as they can but when there are people waiting the staff cannot cope and errors are made, such as forgetting orders. This is the only food outlet in Prospect Centre and is usually busy on a weekend, how can the 3 staff members cope when they are also making fresh sandwiches, collecting supplies from upstairs and filling the dish washer to keep a supply of clean crockery etc.

We will not be using this establishment again and will be giving the Prospect Centre a miss also.
