"No bag pipe or chanter training here in hull"

I would love to see Kingston upon Hull start their own bagpipes and drums and chanter band back here in hull as education education is what our central government use to say well let's do it let's show the central government that we can start our own bagpipe and drums school and Chanter band and lessons in hull this would help people to achieve more and more useful qualifications and skills.
